Fun Facts: Enjoys guiding students and adults down rivers, through woods, up mountains, into caves, and across fields to discover our world, cooking for 100+ hungry campers at Quaker overnight camps, serving at the Frederick soup kitchen, surprising friends and relatives by jumping from behind doors or hedges.

Fun Facts:  Mom owned an elephant and father is from Brooklyn.  Born in Afghanistan. Received a Mother Jones Award in former life as an arts administrator and lobbyist.  Vilified by Senator Jesse Helms on the Senate Floor for my support of art and gay people in America.


90 Hr. Early Childhood MD Certification, along with over 100 hours of continuing education workshops; Red Cross Certified in First Aid and CPR.

Fun Facts:  A Founding Teacher at FMS. Early Childhood classes are a favorite but also enjoys PreK through 4th grade classes.  Most favorite place to be is with the family at the BEACH looking for sea treasures, and peace of mind, body, and soul.
