Painless Fundraisers
|
|
Tuition pays only a portion of the cost of running a school. Fundraising has become part of every private school's efforts to raise the monies necessary to stay solvent. At this time, fundraising is particularly challenging, but there are many "painless" ways to help support Friends Meeting School. Please help us by participating in one, some, or all of the following fundraisers.

Collecting
The following items can be turned into cash for the school. Please collect them and mail or drop them of at the school.
- Campbell's Labels for Education - Clip and save the UPC labels from your Campbell's soup cans and microwavable containers and deposit them in the collection bin in Founder's Hall. Aside from Campbell's soup, other products such as Goldfish crackers, V-8 Juice, and Prego Spaghetti sauce qualify for this program. A complete list of eligible products is attached, including those that earn EXTRA points. Also, remember to go to www.campbellskitchen.com for recipe ideas using Campbell's and other eligible products. By collecting and redeeming labels, FMS can earn "points" towards the purchase of materials for art, physical and education, science, music, and more. This is a great way to help our school obtain needed supplies.
- Boxtops for Education - We all shop for groceries, sometimes two or three times a week -- or more. Now turn those shopping trip into easy cash for your school, and encourage friends to do the same! Just look for the Box Tops logo on hundreds of products in almost every aisle of the store. All you need to do is clip and send them in to FMS. Each Box Top is worth 10 cents!
- Tyson Project A+ Labels - Clip and save Tysons A+ labels from participating Tysons products. Just send in your labels to FMS. Each label is worth 24 cents!
- Used Printer and Fax cartridges / Cell Phones - Recycle and earn money for FMS. Just turn in your used printer and fax cartridge and cell phone to FMS.
- Broken or discarded jewelry - Recycle you broken or unwanted jewelery.
