About

In 1995, Annette Breiling knew she wanted to have a positive impact on the world. A Quaker and lifelong educator, she believed the best way to do this was to help the children of today become thoughtful adults of the future, poised to make a difference. This was the seed of an idea that led to the opening of Friends Meeting School in 1997.

For over 25 years, the school has been helping students grow in meaningful ways. While this website gives you a sense for the Friends Meeting School experience, it cannot fully capture the vibrancy of the student body or the beauty of our 54-acre campus. We encourage you to visit to experience it for yourself!

While the school has a remarkable past, you can read our promising future in our strategic plan.
