FMS families live throughout Frederick County, Montgomery County, and Howard County.
FMS has an initial priority admission deadline in early February each year. After that date, FMS provides rolling admission to grades with space available, including mid-year enrollment.
Yes, we encourage all interested families to apply for the school’s need-based financial aid program after the admissions process has been completed.

Yes, FMS provides after care off campus through Adventure Park USA.
From the first contact with school personnel, through the admission process and preparing for the first day of school, new families are warmly welcomed and guided for a smooth and joyful start. Excellent school communication, access to faculty and staff, a tremendous community of families, and a strong, highly active Parents' Association, the Friends Community Cooperative, continue the support and engagement throughout every year.
